Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across the Northeast US, developing dealers and rental company channels and expanding our construction division products. You will implement strategic programs with reps, manage key accounts, and coordinate product demonstrations to show productivity and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related work experience in Capital Equipment Sales to rental or civil construction industries.
• Experience in air compressors and air tools rental and/or capital sales markets is strongly preferred.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, finance or similar with minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy to achieve sales revenue growth and market share targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through close management of accounts and attention to their needs.
• Assess and define customer applications so that the correct product can be represented; ensure integrity in product applications.
• Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and trainings as needed by customers.
• Manage 60% overnight travel, including weekends and holidays, to support sales activities.
