Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in Construction Defect to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This fully remote role is California-based, with a strong emphasis on managing multiple matters and coordinating discovery and trial preparations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Defect matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a remote environment.
• California e-filing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing case files from inception through trial
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production)
• Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries
• Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination
• E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred)
• Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events
