Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of project reporting data. You will conduct audits of Dodge Reports, perform verification calls with industry professionals, and identify improvements to data quality and workflow consistency.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operational Performance Management, this role requires collaboration with Data Stewards, Content Managers, and Leadership to uphold Dodge’s data standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing, content QA, research verification, or operational data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and comfort with professional phone verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools.
• Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy and adherence to data standards.
• Review sampled Dodge Reports to ensure data alignment with records.
• Perform verification calls and emails with architects, contractors, and other project participants.
• Analyze audit results to identify data gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide timely feedback to Data Stewards and managers on audit outcomes and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and contribute to data quality scorecards.
• Collaborate with the Data Quality Management team to refine audit criteria and governance frameworks.
• Support QA initiatives to drive consistent performance across the Content organization.
