Modelyze Labs seeks a Construction Data Analyst to analyze complex project schedules and coordinate with the VDC team for zone creation. You will verify data against 3D models and prepare customer reports using proprietary tools.

You will support data processing, documentation, and ongoing communication with engineering teams. This role is remote with a focus on India-based projects and international collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience creating and managing construction schedules.
• Experience with data center, hospital, or biopharmaceutical projects.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with any scheduling software.

Mansioni

• Analyze construction schedules, classify activities, and report critical path.
• Read floor plans and coordinate with the VDC for zone creation.
• Analyze and verify data from scans against design models.
• Consolidate monthly customer files for engineering tool access.
• Support R&D and debugging with documentation.
• Maintain communication via Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
