Job summary

Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds & Water Parks seeks a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial playgrounds and waterpark projects across Texas and surrounding regions. You will act as a central hub for logistics, ensuring materials, equipment, crews, and documentation are managed efficiently on multiple active sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction coordination, project administration or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, permitting processes, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly project schedules, ensuring crews, equipment, and materials are properly assigned across active projects.
• Assist with change orders and contractual documentation in partnership with PM and Director of Contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers and vendors to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
