PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation and construction of commercial playgrounds, outdoor fitness spaces, and related recreation projects.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and adherence to contract requirements and company standards. Based on the Struthers Recreation Operations team, this role oversees crews and subcontractors, coordinates permits and material deliveries,

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in construction or project management.
• Experience supervising construction crews or subcontractors.
• Experience with commercial playgrounds, safety surfacing, sitework or general construction preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction plans, specs, schedules, budgets, and job-cost reporting.
• CPSI certification preferred; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple recreation construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, material needs, equipment and budgets.
• Coordinate site readiness, permits, utility considerations, deliveries, subcontractor schedules, inspections, and communications.
• Assign and oversee installation crews and subcontractors based on scope and qualifications.
• Monitor progress, labor hours, materials, costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Visit active job sites to verify progress and workmanship and address field conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contract, specs, codes, accessibility, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, schools, parks departments, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and coaching to assigned employees and crews.
