Job summary

Trimble is seeking a High-Impact Software Consultant to guide construction clients through end-to-end implementations of the ConstructionOne suite. This remote US role includes 25% travel and focuses on optimizing workflows and achieving successful product adoption.

You will blend business analysis with technical execution, conducting process reviews, data imports, and custom reporting while delivering training and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, training, or technology.
• 3+ years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Expertise in Accounting or Construction domains.
• Proven track record in high-level customer support and strategic client management.
• Strong proficiency in process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and interactive presentations.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment to drive results and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to analyze goals and design tailored software strategies using the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite.
• Guide client organizations through end-to-end implementations: process reviews, setup, testing, data import, and custom reporting.
• Deliver engaging application training and readiness assessments to ensure adoption and success.
• Proactively manage project risks and maintain billable target achievements.
