Qualifications

• Experience in a related professional role with 4+ years.
• Strong experience with Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and governance.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.
• Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and dependencies.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
