Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience, ideally in an accounting office within a law firm.
• Experience with CMS and iManage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening new matters in workflow.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor back-office processes for new matters in CMS.
• Review clients before closing by Accounting/Finance.
• Respond to inquiries from secretaries and attorneys.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
