Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst in Chicago. The role supports the Conflicts Manager, maintains databases, and develops search strategies. Office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years (preferred) in a legal setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.
• Strong research, problem solving, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Define complex conflict search strategies using Boolean logic.
• Maintain Conflicts databases and generate reports.
• Review matters for accuracy of party positions and area of law codes.
• Establish and maintain ethical walls to screen individuals.
