Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) is required; license to practice law in the United States is required.
• Three years of experience practicing law in a large law firm setting is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of MS SQL and Intapp Walls is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and jurisdictional differences.
• Review incoming forms to ensure accuracy of conflict information; manage intake lifecycle.
• Define complex conflict search strategies and generate related conflict reports; coordinate resolutions.
• Facilitate conflict-clearing processes by communicating with attorneys and other personnel.
• Draft waiver letters and engagement letters as needed in each jurisdiction.
• Produce written summaries and final conflict resolutions for internal files.
