Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the United States seeks a Concept Developer who partners with OTTO Motors Account Executives to design autonomous material handling solutions. You will evaluate requirements, develop concepts, and collaborate with customers, channel partners, and deployment teams to plan successful implementations.

This role is remote and requires strong systems and industrial engineering knowledge, plus project planning skills to drive value across technical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Evaluating requirements and designing scalable automation solutions.
• Experience with AMRs/AGVs or material handling systems is a plus.
• Ability to present technical solutions to customers and executives.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pre-sales technical expert for OTTO AMR solutions.
• Evaluate customer requirements and develop deployment concepts.
• Design and document technical solutions including fleet sizing and integrations.
• Collaborate with sales on proposals and executive presentations.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and cycle-time analyses.
• Work with internal teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Provide risk assessments and preliminary project plans.
• Share market insights to influence product strategy.
