Mob Entertainment is seeking a remote Concept Artist to develop visual direction for characters, creatures, environments, props, and gameplay elements for horror games and the Poppy Playtime franchise. You will work with Creative Direction, Game Design, Narrative, and Environment teams to create production-ready concepts under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional concept-art experience and one shipped AA title or equivalent, with a strong portfolio

Responsibilities

• Develop visual material to support story beats, gameplay mechanics, and player experience.
• Perform rapid thumbnail exploration and feedback cycles.
• Adhere to visual standards and production deadlines.
• Collaborate with Creative Direction, Game Design, Narrative, Environment Art, and Animation teams.
• Prepare production-ready callouts and orthographic views.
