Job summary

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating relevant video game art is required.
Strong grasp of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and composition.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 2D concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
Develop visual styles and mood boards for new game projects.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from art director and design team.
Collaborate with artists and designers to maintain visual consistency.
Prepare concept art for hand-off to 3D modelers or UI implementation.
Stay updated on industry art trends and techniques.
