Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly creative Architectural Designer to join a fully remote design studio. You will shape early design concepts from briefs into compelling visualizations and drive concept development across nationwide projects.

With 5+ years in architectural design and strong skills in Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp and V-Ray, you will communicate design intent clearly, collaborate remotely with clients and internal teams, and contribute to diverse, concept-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with emphasis on conceptualization and design development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and explore innovative architectural concepts and design strategies.
• Create high-quality concept designs, sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams remotely to refine design ideas and gather feedback.
• Research design trends, materials, and technologies to inform conceptual development.
• Prepare compelling visual presentations for design reviews and client pitches.
• Ensure concepts align with project objectives, budget, and regulatory considerations.
