Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent practical experience in biology or bioinformatics.
• Experience in data-driven biological research and computational analysis workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and Bash.
• Experience with R and bioinformatics tools (BWA, GATK, STAR, Salmon, Seurat, Scanpy).
