Job summary

aoncology is seeking a Compliance Supervisor for our remote specialty pharmacy operations. You will lead accreditation effort, manage audits, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and payer requirements while supporting the Compliance Manager and teams.

You will drive risk assessments, policy development, training, and continuous quality improvement, partnering with operations, clinical, and leadership to protect patient care and program integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in pharmacy required.
• License: current, unrestricted pharmacy technician license in home state; willing to obtain Florida licensure.
• Experience with Hematology/Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation readiness and audits.
• Develop and enforce compliance policies across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Lead staff training and competency development.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and leadership teams to mitigate risk and ensure patient care quality.
