Job summary

The Compliance Supervisor oversees the specialty pharmacy's adherence to federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, leading audits, risk assessments, and policy development to sustain accreditation programs (URAC, ACHC, etc.).

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will coordinate with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical, and Leadership teams to ensure readiness for inspections and maintain a culture of continuous compliance and quality improvement across high-cost therapies.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combined work experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in pharmacy.
• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted pharmacy technician license/permit in home state and be willing to obtain Florida licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Oversee internal audits and self-assessments.
• Prepare for external audits and inspections.
• Develop and enforce compliance policies and training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures.
• Support Financial Assistance, Revenue and Compliance teams.
