The PMC is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support properties and staff, ensuring adherence to HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and other regulations. You will manage compliance tasks, reporting, and training across multiple states, with emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and other housing compliance programs.
• Ability to communicate observations and develop action plans.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Support site staff and coordinate across departments.
• Proven track record of timely reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor compliance across all properties and agencies.

• Collaborate with property management, finance, legal, and other teams.
