Job summary

Augmodo seeks a hands-on Compliance & IT Manager to own and scale our security, privacy, and IT programs. You will drive SOC 2, lead ISO 27001 readiness, and ensure GDPR and EU AI Act alignment while partnering with Engineering on security controls and infrastructure.

You’ll manage access controls, asset lifecycle, and vendor assessments, while providing IT helpdesk support and policy governance across a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance, information security, IT, or privacy.
• Hands‑on with SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of GDPR and AI governance, EU AI Act.
• Experience with access management and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SOC 2 compliance program, audits, remediation.
• Lead ISO 27001 readiness including ISMS, risk assessments, controls.
• Maintain GDPR/privacy/EU AI Act documentation and processes.
• Manage system access controls, provisioning, reviews, offboarding.
• Own IT asset lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, inventory, licensing, deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering on security controls, cloud infra, backups, incident response.
• Manage security assessments for vendors and third parties.
• Maintain security, privacy, IT policies and ensure operationalization.
