Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, ethics and compliance, legal ops, quality systems, or related life sciences function.
• Experience building or improving compliance workflows, governance practices, and operational controls.
• Experience organizing internal websites, knowledge repositories, or document-management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Ability to work independently on project-based or part-time capacity preferred.
• Strong understanding of documentation governance, records management, and operational control design.
• Excellent process-mapping, workflow-design, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical, scalable processes and resources.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable compliance processes and operational infrastructure.
• Provide project and overflow support across priority Compliance initiatives with documentation, trackers, and plans.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve compliance workflows while maintaining governance.
• Assist with project planning, status tracking, and deliverable follow-through.
• Support design and administration of the internal compliance website and related document-sharing workflows.
• Organize policies, procedures, guidance, forms, and training materials into a clear information architecture.
• Establish content-management standards including ownership, version control, and archival practices.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate and user-friendly.
