Job summary

365 Compliance is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance regulatory frameworks for online gambling operators. This full-time, remote role involves designing and monitoring AML, responsible gambling, customer due diligence, affordability checks, and behavioral risk assessment.

You will manage 24/5 monitoring workflows, coordinate internal audits, and prepare regulatory reports, while reviewing marketing materials for compliance and advising on data protection considerations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in compliance management within regulated industries, ideally online gambling or financial services, including AML, responsible gambling, and customer due diligence.
• Experience with monitoring and risk management processes, such as alert handling, affordability assessments, behavioral risk checks, and internal audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, complaint handling, and marketing and promotional compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance and training systems and comfort working with data and technology to optimize processes.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear policies, reports, and guidance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client priorities, and communicate effectively with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and staying current with evolving regulatory expectations in the online gambling sector.
