Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, compliance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of compliance experience including risk assessment against contract and regulatory requirements, auditing, monitoring and reporting.
• Development and delivery of compliance training and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance department functions including monitoring and auditing activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contract updates and submission of required reports to Health Plans and States; manage licensure requirements and renewals.
• Develop corrective action plans to reduce compliance risk and collaborate with Health Plans and States to improve customer satisfaction.
