Job summary
El Camino Health is seeking a Strategic Compliance Leader to develop, own, and evolve the enterprise-wide compliance program across hospital, Medical Network, and affiliated entities. You will advise leadership on regulatory change and program effectiveness, shaping policies, procedures, and annual work plans.
Responsibilities include daily operations, audits, education, monitoring, investigations, and reporting to the Board.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare compliance experience across multi‑entity operations.
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC/CHPC) or must be obtained within 24 months.
- Experience leading a compliance function and advising executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and evolve the enterprise compliance program direction and policies.
- Oversee daily operations including hotline, case intake, and governance documents.
- Lead audits, monitoring, investigations, and corrective action plans enterprise‑wide.
- Design and deliver education programs on Code of Conduct, privacy, and compliance topics.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate into practical guidance for operations.
- Prepare compliance dashboards and risk assessments for leadership and Board.
