Hendrick Health is seeking a Director of Compliance & Privacy to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its Compliance, Privacy, and Integrity Program. You will oversee risk assessments, investigations, audits, and regulatory responses while coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, and clinical leadership.

The role requires advanced healthcare compliance expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance program principles, investigations, privacy, auditing and monitoring, corrective action, and regulatory response processes.
• Excellent judgment, credibility, integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
• Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, conflict-resolution, and performance-management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and provide practical operational guidance.
• Strong analytical, writing, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day design, implementation, oversight, and improvement of the Compliance, Privacy, and Integrity Program.
• Oversee annual compliance risk assessment, work plan, investigations, and hotline oversight.
• Coordinate regulatory responses, investigations, audits, and executive reporting.
• Supervise staff and set workload, quality, and performance expectations.
