Job summary

ElevenLabs, a US-based AI research and product company, is seeking a Security & Compliance role to drive government-grade certifications and regulated-industry readiness. You’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, and legal to shape our enterprise offerings and ensure audit-ready documentation, while automating compliance processes across cloud environments.

Remote-first with US operations in ET time zones; option to work from New York offices.

Qualifications

• Experience completing vendor security assessments and client security questionnaires in regulated US Government/Defense sectors.
• Hands-on experience with compliance management tools (e.g., Vanta).
• Proven ability to maintain and acquire certifications; manage audit readiness and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, legal to communicate requirements.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure cloud compliance and automation.
• Familiarity with integrating compliance tools into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to maintain US Government compliance certifications (GovRAMP, FedRAMP, CJIS, CMMC).
• Shape ElevenLabs Enterprise offering toward regulated industries (Govt, Defense, Finance).
• Build technical documentation to demonstrate compliance to customers.
• Assist sales by responding to security requests and managing queries.
• Conduct risk assessments using CIS or NIST frameworks; document findings.
• Improve compliance as code tooling to automate monitoring and reporting.
