BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking a Business Analyst in Operational Oversight – Compliance to support compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, and Excel-based reporting, with focus on TennCare CHOICES and LTSS.

You will monitor data for timeliness and compliance, assist with audits, and help develop solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3 years - Technical or operational experience required.
• Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Must be a team player, be organized and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
• Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies.
• Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
• Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.
