Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking an Associate Business Analyst in Operational Oversight – Compliance. The role focuses on supporting compliance initiatives through data analysis, operational reporting, and Excel-based reporting for TennCare ECF CHOICES and LTSS, ensuring timeliness and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data analysis, compliance, or audits, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical or operational experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience through successful completion of the BlueSky program.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic Excel skills; advanced not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing recommendations that supports the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
• Participating in business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
• Contributing to cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
• Participating in analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization’s management operations.
