VSHP Volunteer State Health Plan, Inc in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst in Operational Oversight - Compliance. You will support operational reporting, data analysis, and Excel-based reporting focused on TennCare CHOICES and LTSS, monitoring timeliness and compliance, and assisting with audits.

You will partner with internal teams, identify issues, analyze data, and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and resource use.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years of data analysis, compliance, or audit experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to support reporting and audits.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Design, develop, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures.
• Identify business process improvements for internal groups and recommend efficiencies.
