Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a compliance auditor to participate in auditing, monitoring, and oversight of the company, its brokers, distribution partners, and third parties to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Audit, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• High School/GED and 5+ years of related experience may be accepted instead of a degree.
• CHC and CIA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, oversight and monitoring of Centene, its brokers and partners to assess compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare formal written reports on audit findings and recommendations.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor probationary periods and disciplinary actions.
