Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Florida is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support our clinics remotely and on-site as needed. The role provides essential administrative support to the Compliance teams and reports to the Vice President of Compliance.

This mainly remote position (approximately 90%) requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Box. Prior clinical research exposure is a plus, and staff credentials must be verified for system access.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with the Compliance team.
• Proficient in MS Office and file management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Document management including routing for signatures and archiving superseded versions.
• Review shared team email inboxes and forward to the appropriate team member.
• Facilitate scheduling for team meetings and events.
• Conduct follow up on pending items and provide updates to leadership.
• Update and maintain team trackers; archive and refresh quarterly.
• Verify staff credentials and grant access to compliance systems.
• Assist with quality trainings and ad hoc projects as assigned.
