The Office of Research at the University of Washington seeks a Compliance Analyst (ES 8) on a temporary 12-month assignment to oversee conflict of interest and outside work programs.

Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the analyst will handle intake, reviews, data entry, and reporting; this role is eligible for remote work and collaboration across faculties and central offices to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, communications, or risk assessment, or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a risk management, legal, or compliance role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including preparing internal reports.
• Experience with creating data visualizations, such as with Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a large, highly structured environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of time sensitive materials within a specialized database.

Responsabilidades

• Manage intake and documentation for Faculty Outside Work forms and related approvals.
• Support FCOI program by pre-reviewing SFI disclosures and technology transfer disclosures.
• Coordinate conflicts of commitment review and liaise with central campus offices.
• Provide customer service and training support via phone/email and UW ticketing systems.
