The position requires 3+ years in AP/compliance within regulated environments, with Oracle Cloud ERP and Excel proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, compliance, or auditing within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Professional certifications (CAPP, CAPA, CCEP, CIA) are a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interacts with all organizational levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management; multi-priority capable.
• Experience with Oracle Supplier Portal and 1099 processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of audit findings and track resolution progress.
• Evaluate AP processes to mitigate fraud, errors, or unauthorized payments.
• Monitor vendor management, expense reimbursement guidelines, and card usage.
• Collaborate with internal audit and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Review and approve vendor setup and updates in the ERP system.
• Audit the vendor master file for duplicates or inactive records.
• Develop and update AP compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support on compliance requirements.
• Generate compliance and audit reports for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
