Job summary

UChicago Medicine seeks a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to lead enterprise AP operations, master data, invoice processing, disbursements, and compliance in a No PO / No Pay environment.

The role partners with Finance, Treasury, IT and Supply Chain to optimize working capital, implement intelligent automation, and enhance supplier experiences across Oracle Cloud Fusion and related tools.

Qualifications

• IOFM Accounts Payable Manager or Procure‑To‑Pay Manager certification.
• Strategic AP and P2P leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise AP operations and high‑volume processing.
• Data‑driven decision making and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide AP operations.
• Drive process standardization, efficiency, and working capital optimization.
• Lead technologies including Oracle Cloud Fusion, AI, and supplier portals.
• Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Partner with Treasury, IT, Supply Chain and Finance leadership.
