Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to support annuity and life product strategy through timely competitor analysis, market monitoring, and insightful reporting for Product leadership and Sales.

The role translates complex data into clear insights, collaborates with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and reports to the AVP, Annuity Product Development & Strategy. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience conducting competitive intelligence, market analysis, or product comparison in life insurance and annuities.
• Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products, distribution models, and competitive dynamics.
• Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Aufgaben

• Research and analyze competitor annuity and life insurance products, pricing, distribution, and market developments.
• Produce reports, presentations, and benchmarking materials for senior leadership and partners.
• Translate research into actionable insights on product opportunities and risks.
• Present findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Actuarial/Pricing to support research needs.
