Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current National University student who has completed FAFSA.
• Able to work up to 20 hours per week with a varied schedule.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in collecting and organizing existing job descriptions.
• Reviews job descriptions for consistency in format, language, and structure.
• Helps update job descriptions to reflect current duties, responsibilities, and requirements.
• Inputs job description information into the HRIS system.
• Maintains job description database and tracking tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
