The Administrative Business Partner provides high-quality support to the organization by providing high-quality administrative support to leadership or supporting the coordination of internal and external events. This role requires a critical thinker who can effectively manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and sound judgement. Whether supporting executive leadership or managing event logistics, the Associate brings excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, professional, and collaborative approach. OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations.
