Qualifications

• Exceptional, fast-paced copywriting skills for witty comment replies and banter.
• Proficient in Google Slides to build visual brainstorm decks and templates quickly.
• Experience with social scheduling and listening platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to jump into fast-moving comment sections and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Craft clever, short-form replies to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X.
• Monitor live sentiment and flag sensitive or crisis comments early to maintain brand safety.
• Own the community management sections of core brand playbooks with real-world fan behaviors.
