market and involves collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Product teams. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in community management, deep social media know-how, and strong written/verbal communication,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or related field.
• Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the community daily through official social media channels.
• Stay on current trends to create engaging and original content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Product to execute social strategies.
• Partner with prominent community members.
• Develop strategies to grow social channels and foster leadership.
• Moderate player discussions online and escalate issues internally.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for players.
