Job summary

Pebble seeks a Community Manager to build and own the Pebble owner community across platforms, moving conversations from Discord to Facebook and running an owners group. You will welcome new owners and lead onboarding, spotlights, and advocacy efforts.

You will create and launch a customer ambassador program, gather feedback for Product/Service/Sales, and manage Pebble's social media voice. This is a remote role with travel across the US and CA-based preference.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community management or owner engagement.
• Proven track record of growing an active community with measurable engagement.
• Hands-on event planning with budgets and logistics.
• Strong writing and a natural brand voice in public communications.
• Based in CA or West Coast, or remote with travel across the US.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Pebble owner community across platforms (Discord to Facebook and owner group).
• Onboard new owners and guide them from delivery to advocacy.
• Create and launch a customer ambassador program with a beta group and scale.
• Be Pebble's voice online; respond to comments, messages, and public feedback.
• Own social media, handle complaints with Service to resolve publicly.
• Plan and run owner meetups, showroom nights, and partner events; manage full event cycle.
• Capture attendees in CRM and hand warm leads to Sales; track engagement and referrals.
