Job summary

Nashville Public Radio is looking for a Community Learning & Engagement Manager to drive learning experiences that empower rural communities. This role will involve designing and facilitating peer learning programs, collaborating with experts, and promoting equitable pathways to skills and tech jobs.

With a focus on building capacity across the Rural Innovation Network, the ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, data literacy, and a commitment to inclusive practices. This is a fully remote position requiring occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating learning communities.
• Strong skills in fostering equitable engagement.
• Experience with digital engagement platforms.
• Proficiency in managing virtual or hybrid learning environments.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate peer learning programs and workshops.
• Lead the design of the Network's learning curriculum.
• Curate learning content tailored to community needs.
• Track and analyze engagement data to identify trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CORI's learning model.
