Job summary

Harvest Hosts is seeking a Community & Events Lead to plan and execute Discoveries and Getaways across the growing community portfolio. You will partner with internal teams to craft itineraries, negotiate with venues, and manage budgets to deliver exceptional RV travel experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Operations, coordinate registrations, and ensure smooth onsite execution while maintaining a focus on attendee value and community building.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing projects, events, or programs with multiple moving pieces.
• Ability to own a project from concept to completion in a team environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization across events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor and partner relationships.
• Negotiation experience with vendors to balance experience and budget.
• Problem-solving, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with proactive communication.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and events.
• Comfort with using modern productivity tools for project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Discoveries, Getaways, and other programs from concept through wrap-up.
• Research destinations, draft itineraries, and create engaging experiences for the RV community.
• Develop event programming balancing memorable experiences with attendee value.
• Coordinate campgrounds, venues, tour operators, attractions, and other partners.
