Job summary

Via of the Lehigh Valley is seeking a Community Coach to support individuals with disabilities in achieving independence, confidence, and connection. You will work in the community, organize activities, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

The role offers starting pay at $17/hour for a HS diploma, $17.50/hour with an Associate’s, and $18/hour with a Bachelor’s. NADSP ladder can add up to $1.75/hour after completing all levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds daily and have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel in the community and evening availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities in attaining social and work goals in the community.
• Plan activities, visit museums and events, and support volunteer participation.
