Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• English language literacy for safety and documentation

Responsibilities

• Encourages participants to engage in goals, social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Ensures safety and supervision per the Individual Service Plan and Staffing Plan.
• Maintains documentation in logs and electronic health records (EHR).
• Provides transportation to community events and activities.
• Implements Behavioral Support Plans and crisis de-escalation techniques.
