Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking an experienced community association attorney to represent condominium and homeowners associations in a Florida practice. The role requires an active Florida Bar license and a JD from an accredited law school, with 2+ years of HOA/condo experience.

You will work remotely with occasional client meetings and must reside within 75 miles of Winter Park, FL. The position offers competitive base pay, a bonus program, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in condominium, HOA, or community association law.
• Direct experience representing condominium or homeowners associations.
• Familiarity with Florida condominium and homeowners association laws.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and case management skills.
• Experience with association litigation, covenant enforcement, or general association counsel matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent condominium and homeowners associations in a variety of legal matters.
• Advise association boards on governance, compliance, contracts, and Florida community association laws.
• Handle civil litigation, contract disputes, covenant enforcement, and lien foreclosure matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Guide clients through complex legal issues with clear, practical advice.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
• Build strong client relationships and help protect the interests of the communities we serve.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
