Job summary

Anderson, Givens & Fredericks, P.A. in Tallahassee, Sarasota, or Tampa seeks an attorney with 1–10+ years of Florida condominium and homeowners’ association law to join our Florida practice.

Remote arrangements may be considered to fit client needs and firm staffing. The attorney will advise community association boards on governance, covenant enforcement, contracts, and day-to-day legal issues, while helping clients resolve disputes and other matters affecting their communities.

Qualifications

• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1–10+ years of experience in Florida condominium and homeowners’ association law.
• Open to candidates based in Tallahassee, Sarasota, or Tampa; remote arrangements considered.
• Portable book of business welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise community association boards on governance, covenant enforcement, contracts, and day-to-day legal issues.
• Help clients resolve disputes and other matters affecting their communities.
• Write clearly, exercise sound judgment, and build lasting client relationships.
