Job summary

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is seeking two temporary Community Analysts to deliver frontline support for DNC Tech data and products during the midterms. This fully remote role collaborates with state parties, sister committees, and campaigns to improve tooling and data workflows.

You will train users, document product features, and gather feedback to guide ongoing enhancements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in political campaigns or state party/tech org with voter file exposure.
• Externally-facing roles in customer, user, or volunteer contexts.
• Experience using VoteBuilder or similar organizing tools.
• Proven remote/async work success with clear status updates.
• Basic understanding of SQL or analytic-friendly language.
• Desire to improve politics and support the Democratic Party.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for DNC Tech data, tools, and datasets via Zendesk.
• Partner with product teams to train and roll out features and datasets.
• Maintain documentation and usability of products and processes.
• Collect user feedback and drive improvements through automation or iterations.
