Job summary

Gravity Global is seeking an Agency Communications Manager to coordinate external PR partnerships and align internal and social communications strategies. You will act as a bridge between PR agencies, internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand visibility, and engagement across channels.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, relationship-building skills, and experience across awards submissions, crisis comms, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years in communications, PR, corporate communications, or agency management.
• Experience managing PR agencies, communications partners, or external vendors.
• Experience developing internal communications programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of media relations, social communications, brand storytelling, and reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, managing relationships, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with PR agencies to develop and execute communications plans, media strategies, thought leadership initiatives, executive visibility programs, and brand campaigns.
• Lead agency briefings, status meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews to ensure communications objectives are met.
• Review and provide guidance on agency deliverables, including media materials, messaging documents, communications plans, reports, and campaign recommendations.
• Manage agency budgets, contracts, reporting, and measurement of communications outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance media presence, brand awareness, and organizational reputation.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support business priorities, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organizational change.
• Create and manage internal communications materials, including employee announcements, leadership communications, newsletters, intranet content, talking points, presentations, and engagement campaigns.
• Support executive communications by developing talking points, internal updates, and employee-facing communications.
