Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to join the Professional Services organization. You will translate complex ideas into brand-aligned visual assets and own end-to-end design across web graphics, slides, campaigns, and editorial content.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, mentoring teammates and shaping design standards. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related creative field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic design rooted in content strategy and user experience
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides
• Strong branding understanding with experience across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in sharing work and feedback
• Experience leading design projects with contractors and mentoring designers
• Degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats (web graphics, slides, campaign assets, visuals)
• Own end-to-end design from intake to final handoff and QA
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts
• Ensure consistent Salesforce brand across touchpoints and evolve style/templates
• Proactively manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a remote-first environment
• Provide feedback in reviews, mentor designers, and help set team standards
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted tools
