Job summary

Jones LangLaSalle Incorporated seeks a Commissioning Project Engineer to support the Commissioning & Building Analytics team. You will lead field activities, develop plans, conduct tests, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects in the USA.

The role requires technical degrees, strong data management, and ability to travel up to 30-40% to client sites. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A recognized university technical degree or equivalent.
• Engineering Degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Have experience with all commissioning processes and deliverables per ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED.
• Monitor, review and execute commissioning-related projects with technical field activity.
• Lead cross functional teams with outside consultants and contractors.
• Develop commissioning plans and specifications and manage schedules.
• Conduct site visits, start-up tests, and witness functional and integrated tests.
• Chair commissioning meetings and review design drawings and submittals.
